Youāre not just a therapist.
Youāre building a business.
Letās make it brilliant.
You trained for years to be excellent at supporting others. But no one trained you to run a business.
Into Practice is my specialist programme and community for psychologists, therapists, counsellors and other helping professionals who want to build a private practice that works without working themselves into the ground.
Building a successful practice isn't just about getting more clients. It's about knowing what you want, having a strategy, feeling confident being visible, understanding your money and creating a business that works for you, and your life.
I bring together business strategy, psychology and nervous system awareness to help you build a practice that is profitable, sustainable, ethical and aligned with your values.
What We Work On Together
Know what you really want in your business, develop your professional identity, and build from your values - allowing you to make more confident business decisions.
Identity & Clarity
Learn how to market yourself authentically, communicate your value with confidence, and attract clients without feeling salesy or compromising your integrity.
Marketing
Building a business in the helping professions is different.
Your reputation, your ethics, your relationship with money and your confidence as a practitioner are all deeply intertwined. So building a successful practice isn't simply about marketing, spreadsheets or filling your diary. It's important to build a business that feels like you.
Into Practice brings together practical business strategy, psychological insight and nervous system awareness - giving you the tools, confidence and support to grow your practice in a way that works for both your business and your life.
Build a business that fits your life, respects your boundaries and gives you the freedom to work in a way that feels right for you.
Business Model & Strategy
Create a healthier relationship with your finances. Pricing, income, financial confidence, money mindset and making the numbers work.
Money Mindset
Visibility & Voice
Being willing and able to be seen. Finding your voice, communicating your expertise, putting yourself out there, building authority and tolerating the vulnerability that comes with visibility.

Clinical Supervision
I also offer clinical supervision for psychologists, therapists, and counsellors working in private practice or employed settings.
My approach to supervision has been shaped by working across a wide range of NHS, charity and specialist services, including primary care, secondary mental health, CAMHS, domestic abuse and military veteran services, as well as extensive time working in the corporate sector.
Alongside clinical practice, I've taught, supervised and examined trainee psychologists and mental health professionals. I was an external lecturer, marker and dissertation supervisor on the Child and Adolescent Mental Health MSc at UCL (University College London), and during my time working in Uganda's inpatient mental health hospital, I supervised trainee psychologists, lectured on postgraduate psychology programmes, and delivered teaching and CPD for mental health professionals across the country. These experiences continue to shape the way I think about learning, supervision and professional development.
My clinical specialisms include trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, adult ADHD and neurodiversity. I also work with couples and undertake adult ADHD assessments, so I'm happy to support clinicians developing these aspects of their practice.
Alongside my clinical work, I enjoy teaching, writing and making psychology accessible to wider audiences. I've contributed to national media, delivered workshops and coaching for organisations ranging from global businesses to charities, and have developed and presented video-based psychological education for international wellbeing platforms. I'm particularly interested in using media, education and creative communication to bring evidence-based psychology to more people.
Many supervisees also value having space to think about the practicalities and business side of private practice. Alongside our clinical conversations, I'm happy to support with ethical marketing, building a sustainable practice, boundaries, confidence, pricing, and visibility. Iām never short of ideas to help you take your practice in a direction that both supports and excites you.
I may not be the best fit if you're looking for specialist supervision in: forensics, personality disorders, eating disorders or learning disabilities.
I welcome psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and other psychological professionals from a range of therapeutic orientations. While I bring my own integrative perspective, my aim isn't to shape you into working like me, but to support you in developing confidence in your own clinical thinking and therapeutic style.
Supervision is available online across the UK.
