Individual Therapy
A space that's yours: to be honest, to be heard, and to begin moving forward.
Sometimes we carry things for so long that they begin to feel normal. Anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, struggles with neurodiversity or feeling disconnected from yourself or your life can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to turn.
Therapy provides a confidential space to understand what's happening, process difficult experiences, and find a way forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, helping you develop insight, resilience, and practical strategies for lasting change.
Who I Help
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, personal, and professional challenges. Whether you're facing a specific difficulty or simply feel that something isn't quite right, therapy can provide the space to understand what's happening and find a way forward.
I regularly support people with:
Anxiety, stress, and chronic worry
Burnout, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion
Low self-esteem, confidence, and self-criticism
Life transitions, identity, and finding direction
Work-related stress, perfectionism, and career challenges
Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
Adult ADHD and neurodiversity, including adjustment following diagnosis
I also have specialist experience working with:
Business leaders, entrepreneurs, and those navigating high levels of responsibility
Entertainers, performers, and creatives
Professional athletes and high-performing individuals
Public figures and those living in the public eye
How I work:
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It's about understanding how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, relate to others, and respond to the world around you. Together, we'll make sense of your story, develop insight into the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My work is integrative and tailored to you as an individual. Depending on your needs, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, and mind-body approaches that recognise the important connection between psychological wellbeing and the nervous system.
Where appropriate, we'll process difficult experiences and unresolved trauma, while also developing practical ways to move forward. As therapy progresses, the focus shifts from simply surviving to living more fully -reconnecting with your values, your relationships, your body, and the parts of life that bring meaning, purpose, and joy. Therapy isn't just about moving away from distress; it's about creating a life that feels authentically yours.
