You’re not just a therapist.
You’re building a business.
Let’s make it brilliant.
You trained for years to be excellent at supporting others. But no one trained you to run a business.
Into Practice is my specialist programme and community for psychologists, therapists, counsellors, and other helping professionals who are building or growing their private practice — and who want to do it in a way that feels ethical, sustainable, and genuinely aligned with their values.
What We Work On Together
Finding your voice, reaching the right clients, and building trust — without resorting to tactics that make you cringe.
Marketing without manipulation
Using nervous system awareness and somatic tools to regulate the anxiety and self-doubt that so often come with putting yourself out there.
Body-based approaches to business
Business and strategy in the helping professions is different. Your reputation, your ethics, and your relationship with money are all tangled up with your sense of identity in ways that rarely get talked about. Into Practice addresses all of it.
Understanding the psychological blocks around charging appropriately, setting fees with confidence, and building financial sustainability.
Money mindset and pricing
The nuts and bolts of running a practice — from enquiry handling and contracts to capacity, boundaries, and sustainable growth.
Practical business foundations
Showing up — online and in person — in a way that feels authentic rather than performative.

Clinical Supervision
I also offer clinical supervision for psychologists, therapists, and counsellors working in private practice or employed settings.
Supervision with me is a space for genuine reflection — on your clinical work, your professional development, and the very human experience of doing this work sustainably. I bring both psychological rigour and an understanding of the embodied, emotional toll that working with others can carry.
I offer individual supervision and am open to enquiries about small group supervision.
Supervision is available online across the UK.
