Individual Therapy
A space that's yours: to be honest, to be heard, and to begin moving forward.
Sometimes we carry things for so long that we forget they don't have to feel this way. Anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, burnout, a sense of disconnection from yourself or your life — these are all things we can work with, together.
In our sessions, you won't be handed a checklist or rushed through a protocol. Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful, grounded in research but responsive to you as an individual.
Who I work with
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:
Anxiety and stress
Low mood and depression
Burnout and exhaustion
Low self-worth or confidence
Life transitions and identity questions
Work-related difficulties
Relationship challenges
ADHD (see also my specialist ADHD page)
My approach draws on:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Body-aware and somatic approaches
Compassion-focused techniques
We'll work at a pace that feels right, exploring not just the thoughts and patterns that are keeping you stuck, but how those show up in your body and your day-to-day life too.
Practical Information
Sessions are held online via a secure video platform, and I also have limited in-person availability in Bristol.
